Are you seeking an appraisal of your real, personal or intangible property? Our membership is spread across the U.S. and Mexico. Senior Professional Members (SPA) have met certain criteria including passing a course on standards and report writing.

Each Member agrees to practice in accord with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).

In addition, SPA designated Members have submitted appraisal reports for review by an examining committee. General Members, (that is non-SPA designated Members) have not completed their course training and have not had reports reviewed.
