This course is approved by Massachusetts for 7.5 hours of continuing education.  Also approved in Rhode Island when presented by RI Assoc. Realtors. 
  
 This 7.5 hour seminar focuses on the format and elements of a credible narrative appraisal report. Topics include developing an argument, evidence, organization, and formatting. The seminar includes a 230 page textbook.
