Course Description
THE APPRAISER AS EXPERT WITNESS 

This course is approved in Massachusetts for 7.5 credit hours of continuing education (MA Approval Number 10990004)

  
 
This 7.5 hour course addresses what an appraiser must be aware of in being called to testify as an expert witness. The judicial system, the rules of civil procedure and rules of evidence that guide the expert witness process will be discussed.

  • Every appraiser who prepares appraisal reports for divorce, decedent estates or litigation of any kind.
  • Experienced appraisers who have testified.
